We personally inspect every part of your Dovetail home at critical milestones during the construction period to make sure it meets not only building codes, but our self-imposed higher quality standards. Dovetail USA custom homes are built to old-fashioned, exacting standards of quality using today’s state-of-the-art technology, materials, and building systems.

Moving in

Once you start planning your Dovetail custom home, it’s time to think about moving in. We work with you every step of the way so you and your neighbors know what to expect and when. It’s just another way Dovetail keeps track of the details.

After you move in, we’ll visit at 30 days and again after you’ve lived in your home 11 months. Because all homes change slightly as they settle into the site, we’ll walk through with you and note any issues needing attention.
