Finish

After the home is complete through drywall, the rest is fairly academic.  The finish phase is very important to the final polish of the home, and it is where the planning and hard work in the preliminary stages pays off.  Dovetail homes are not only built to higher standards by highly qualified tradesmen, the finish of the home is that much better because walls are plum, level, and square, and things we have left to do fit like a glove.  Once the home is completed, the local building inspector comes through one last time, and issues an occupancy permit.
