Lot Selection

If you’re ready to build a home, you either want to tear down your home and build on the same lot, own an empty lot on which you want to build, or you’re looking for a lot on which to build. If you already own the lot (or it’s under contract), great! We design to lots already in possession of our clients, so don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

If you’re still looking, we recommend you allow us to work with you and your Realtor to find the best lot for you. We’ve found that when it comes to the lots themselves, many of our clients are happy to have our input before they buy so they understand how their goals and the lots under consideration mesh. Lots are not all created equal, and we love to be your partner in the lot selection process. It’s just another “boutique service” we offer.
